I have personally inspected over 7500 properties since 1993. I have inspected homes and buildings as old as 17th C. historically registered and as large as 10,000 sq.ft. on the ocean front. I have inspected everything from condos to apartment buildings.
I have a Master Degree education from UMass Boston. I have had undergraduate engineering and biosciences studies (structural and mold evaluation)
All inspectors are licensed and equally qualified, right? Wrong! Experience, education and a long track record of professionalism are what really matters. As a sole proprietor, I am the owner and you will have Joe Serino, the owner, working for YOU!
I fulfill 20 hours of continuing education every year. I own and use high-tech equipment such as gas and CO leak detectors and electrical and moisture meters.
I am available Monday through Saturday. I generate easy-to-read inspection reports, which are emailed or faxed out the same day.

My Promise to You

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.
One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me to inspect your new home, I will inspect your home as if I were buying it myself.
