    I found Jason Chang at NACHI website. I highly recommend him and will give a brief outline of what he did. First of all, Jason, I want to thank you again for a thorough house inspection you did in Clifton on 06/08/08 [Sunday]. Now, the review: House listed as-is for a short-sale. Jason performed 3 different inspections, first, house inspection, second, termite inspection, third, radon inspection. During the inspection, he highlighted the problems he found and told me what can be done to fix it. He was really nice, answered all the questions I had. The whole inspection took about two hours and thirty-five minutes. And I received the electronic report in my email within 5 hours after the inspection. The forty-five pages report is very detail with lots of pictures to identify the problems that need attention/maintenance. Thank you again for the great job you did Jason. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Hope this review will also aid you in your decision in choosing a house inspector.

    Jason Chang performed a home inspection for me on 4-25. He did a tremendous job, spending over two hours on a townhouse. I agree with the other reviewer that Jason is very patient in explaining the findings and answering questions. The report was also extremely detailed with photos to show any problem areas; it was ready that same night.
    Jersey Home Inspections performed (2) Home, Radon, & Termite Inspections for us on 2 separate potential home purchases that my wife & I were contemplating. They revealed unavoidable essential items that required upgrading or repair on the first home that had not received much attention for many years. This combined with the high asking price aided us in calculating improvement costs that exceeded our overall budget.
